The Bathing Place is the amalgamation of a former mail order company and an internet division Direct Saunas. The company now have more than 30 years of experience in selling direct to the end user.

In recent times because of the growth of internet activity the company's direct sales have increased substantially and the company have expanded their activities firstly into steam showers and then whirlpool baths and more recently into general bathroom products.
