All products are assembled at Cistermiser’s UK factory and distributed through specialist building and plumbing merchants and distributors. The range is WRAS approved and is listed on DEFRA’s ECA Water Technology List.

Cistermiser’s in-house technical team offers pre-sales and installation advice as well as site surveys and general technical assistance. Several of our products are part of the Water Efficient Product Labelling Scheme and our IR range has been awarded the Waterwise Marque. Cistermiser Ltd is certified to ISO 9001:2008.
