Denise Pearson was born in Newcastle upon Tyne and has always been passionate about making beautiful things. Her Grandmother was a tailoress and Denise learnt from a very early age to love the delicacy of fine needlework and appreciate the rewards that arise from being careful and patient with her work.

Denise chose to study the design and manufacture of traditional leather goods at the renowned Cordwainers College, London – the alma mater of Jimmy Choo, Patrick Cox, Georgina Goodman and Emma Hope. Graduating as the first of her peers to attain the distinguished Cordwainers College Gold medal, Denise gained accolades from such renowned companies as Tanner Krolle and has gone on to build an enviable portfolio of clients which includes some of the most prestigious designers and milliners in the country.
