Burmatex

Burmatex was originally established as J&F Burrows in 1917 processing textile waste and synthetic materials for resale to the textile industry. In the 1960s the company began the manufacture of fibre bonded carpet.

The companys name changed in 1972, and Burmatex is now a leading company within AIREA plc.

Burmatex is one of the UKs leading manufacturers of contract carpets and carpet tiles. The company offers a product range which includes fibre bonded and tufted carpet in sheet and tile, as well as barrier and entrance matting products.

The company works with architects, specifiers and contractors for the education, leisure, commercial, healthcare and public sectors.
