With oil and gas prices on the rise, developers are looking more closely at electric heating options. Ecolec has developed a range of space-saving electrical heating radiators that are particularly suited to kitchen and bathroom installations.

Ecolec standard products are ideal for areas where wet heating systems are impractical or complex to install, particularly in flats, apartments and older buildings.

The electric panel radiators have a simple, attractive appearance with clean lines. They are easy to install and have the latest, easy to use RF controls. A range of finishes that includes mirrored stainless steel, mirror and smoked glass is offered.

Ecolec's newest addition to the range is the WCM100/RX control module that can be incorporated into systems with other manufacturer's heaters as well as Ecolec radiators. Cast iron radiators, towel rails, convector heaters, radiant panels and tubular or skirting board heaters are normally suited for use with the WCM100/RX.

Chandru Ray, Managing Director of Ecolec says: "We are providing heating systems for new build developers and for refurbishment projects that can be installed by a locally based electrician more quickly and using far less components than would be required for a plumber installed wet system."

"Our products are slimline, which allows them to be installed in difficult to access areas of the home including hallways, bathrooms, small rooms and alcoves."
