The Oberon circular bath is available in any colour, and can be installed inset or undermounted to a deck. If space is available, the Oberon is particularly attractive with a tiered, stepped surround, as shown in the accompanying photograph.

Ample space for shared bathing

With a diameter of 1423mm (56”) it affords plenty of room to lie back and relax and its circular shape makes it particularly well suited to the incorporation of a Cabuchon hydrotherapy system.

Fittings and installation

The Oberon's smooth, broad rim allows the placement of taps, spouts and controls wherever they are required, subject only to the requirements of good plumbing practices and personal preference. However, they can also be left blank in cases where the bath is to be used with wall-mounted taps and fillers or a free standing riser. Since the Oberon is normally built into a surround of some kind - be it stone, wood or tile - controls can also be fitted into the surrounding deck.

In any event, the Oberon is supplied with holes pre-cut for just the waste and overflow. Holes are not pre-drilled for taps, spouts and hand showers, since their exact location should ideally be chosen when the customer and installer have had the opportunity to see the bath in its final position in the bathroom.

As a circular bath, the Oberon can be turned on its side and will pass easily through a standard width doorway.

Ficore: guaranteed strength and durability

The Oberon is made using Cabuchon Bathforms's own specially developed composite, Ficore®. Highly resistant to acids, alkalis and cigarette burns, Ficore has a pleasant tactile quality, feels warm to the touch and retains heat considerably longer than other bath materials. All Cabuchon baths come with a 25 year guarantee.

The Oberon is handmade to order by Cabuchon's highly skilled team of experienced craftsmen. It is made on site at the company's workshop in Lancashire.
