Honours boards are available in a range of standard sizes and styles. Bespoke boards can be produced to fit specific locations if required. They are suitable for local authorities, churches, schools and sports clubs.
They are manufactured in oak as standard but can be made from ash, maple, sapele, or mahogany on request. Depending upon scale of the project, the construction is in either solid timber or veneered board with a solid hardwood lipping or frame. Available finishes include a clear lacquer or a choice of coloured stain.
Lettering, badges, crests and coats of arms are usually applied in computer-cut vinyl. This means consistent-looking lines of additional text can be supplied for subsequent updates. Additional lettering is generated quickly and posted to the client complete with instructions for application.
Hand-painted lettering, badges and heraldry are available for more prestigious applications.
