Nuway Tuftiguard entrance matting from Syncros has the durability, strength and structural integrity to deliver excellent performance and appearance retention in very heavy traffic locations and where high levels of soil have to be removed from the soles of shoes and wheeltreads.
Matting is assembled using aluminium (100% recycled), brass or PVC scraper bars, and buffed or unbuffed prime rubber and polyamide fibre composite wiper strips.
Wiper strips and scraper bars are assembled in an open or closed construction with high-tensile electro-galvanised steel wire linkages running through the components to give the mat its structural integrity and superior load-bearing capacity.
Nuway Tuftiguard is available in either a 12 or 17mm gauge to fit the majority of matwell depths and can be surface-mounted using the 12mm gauge format and special ramped edging profiles.
Nuway Tuftiguard is also available in either single wiper or double wiper inserts for extra absorbency.
The matting system also comes in an external format called Nuway Tuftiguard Plain which is also available in 12 or 17mm gauges and a heavy-duty format (HD) for extreme traffic.
