TVS Cleancare Sano+ is a double-laminated, vinyl-faced gypsum tile with antibacterial and antimicrobial performance. Used to build demountable suspended ceilings, it has a smooth, wipeable surface with an integral biocide, preventing the growth of fungi and bacteria such as MRSA Candida Albicans and Aspergillus Fungis, providing antimicrobial properties suitable for hygienic applications.
Composition
Manufactured with plasterboard type BV coated on its exposed face, with a white polyvinyl chloride sheet that gives it special waterproof and cleanliness qualities. The tile is lined with an aluminium-coloured plastic sheet which acts as a vapour barrier, protecting the tile and at the same time preventing the appearance of condensation that could affect the construction materials in the inner part of the ceiling. This gives the tile a longer useful life as it does not absorb moisture from the rear.
